Some healthy meal for ya!
Breakfast:
- Oatmeal with an handfull of fresh blueberry
- Greek yogurt mixed with a spoon of honey and granola
- Milk shake: Cup of milk, 1 banana, 1 spoon of peanut butter, handfull of blueberry, 2 scoops of protein powder and a little bit of love to bland everything.
Lunch:
- Fresh tagliatelle with norcina sauce; grilled salmon filet and fresh spinach on the side, olive oil dressing everywhere!! Make sure the olive oil is Italian!!
- Fresh handmade tortellini al prosciutto served with ricotta sauce, grilled filet mignon with fresh pesto on top, mango salad on the side (mix green salad, mango, balsamic vinegar and olive oil)
- Omelette with mozzarella di bufala, tomatoes, prosciutto di parma and basil
Dinner:
After all these healthy food I think you wanna eat a F hamburger!!
